Maybe mention the water pressure and toilet flush but still comfy if you are familiar with Philippines standards already ;)

First impressions is it is worth the money if you get the discounted price. Very good sized room and table also. Laundry onsite is a very good touch as well. Enjoyed it though and kept extending the stay

It is in need of renovation for the price of the room. So much metal corroded, much wear and tear and could do with a decent deep clean. I got many bug bites

The staff are very nice.

I booked a room for two nights. I checked out after one night. The soundproofing was so poor that other guests disturbed my rest. I heard a lot of noisy children. If you want a quieter room to sleep, don't choose this here.
