The bathroom shower door is not designed properly to open and to take a shower.

Cooker was not working and they housekeeping replace it Check in experience was very bad , with lady called Ms Fatima , she was not professional and even my daughter heared her talking about us and when I confront her she deined , during my stay inadked her to provide extra chair and instead of providing it she was arguing with us I got allergy from the fabric of the sofa and I asked the housekeeping to cover it with sheets

I have stayed at Liwan Residence several times and always had a positive experience, which is why I decided to try this property. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a big mistake. I checked out only two hours late and was charged SAR 100, despite never being informed at check-in that a late check-out fee would apply. I was asleep when the hotel called, and my brother answered. He was simply informed of the charge and agreed because he was not given any alternatives and did not know what else to say. The receptionist was very polite and did her best to help, but there seemed to be no management available. I requested to speak with the manager, Mr. Tawfiq, and after almost an hour he finally answered. Not only did he refuse to waive the charge, but he also told me that if I did not pay the fee, I would not be allowed to stay at any Liwan property in the future. He even stated that he was the owner of all the properties. What disappointed me most was the attitude and manner in which I was spoken to. This is not the level of hospitality or customer service one expects, especially as I have stayed for weeks at Liwan properties in the past. It is unfortunate to lose a loyal customer over such a small amount and because of the way the situation was handled. The receptionist deserves credit for trying to assist, but the lack of management presence and the poor treatment I received made this a very disappointing stay. I will not be returning to this property again.
