Palace Porta Argentea apartments

The property was very clean, the a stunning view. Maja and mum were very accommodating and gave us so many wonderful recommendations during our stay. They were very flexible with check in times and overall such lovely hosts!! Thank you ❤️❤️❤️ we will definitely be staying here again when we return back one day

We should have been told it was a Mezzanine floor bed . Access for older couple impossible . Kitchen seats were awful stools . The 'mum' host who greeted us did not take passport details and expected us to use our holiday time to bring the Air Con control they had left out of the room and wait for someone to get the TV to work ! No working TV in LUXURY room! The key to get into the room was very difficult to use . We were not shown how ..

The room was spacious and wonderful. Very nice bathroom with large shower and many amenities. Nice Bathroom, and counter space in room for luggage The Room was very quiet and is centrally located within reach of shopping, restaurants, shops, close to the boat harbor and bus stops, and the south entrance to the South Gate to the Dioclitian's Palace. However, you could hardly hear any noise within the room. You can see the market from the balcony window. We did not want to leave after 2 days and could have stayed an entire week!

The only comment would be it was initially a bit challenging to find correct door and keypad.

Great location. In the middle of the old town. Everything is 1 minute away. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Nice decorated. Morning view from window is beautiful.

Barbara is extremely attentive and helpful. We came in late as well as were on Brac a little out of season; Barbara wanted to ensure we enjoyed the island. She reached out to her contact to ensure we could rent a vehicle. We enjoyed the restaurant that is connected downstairs.

Right in the heart of Split, very central overlooking the market. Spacious apartment that was clean with everything one needed.

Owner did not answer her phone on the day of check-in. Maja was not expecting us even though I confirmed booking about 10 days beforehand and confirmed time of arrival. Directions could be clearer that the apartment is on the floor above the Adriatic Hostel.
