Beach Energy by BFH

La habitación sí estaba muy limpia, pero el hotel tiene áreas en reparación, sucias y feas. El baño común muy sucio. Todo bien pero podrían mejorar esos aspectos.

Excelente servicio de Alma en la recepción y del equipo en general, un lugar muy recomendado.

Es un hotel pequeño pero cómodo, está justo en la quinta avenida e Evelin te ubicación y precio. Nos gustó mucho.

Free breakfast was OK and was the same every day, couple of scrambled eggs with toasts, glass of milk, OJ and coffee. They have other options on their menu for you to buy. Rooms are very clean. Very close to the beach within steps.Tv channels were good and surprisingly a few American channels, but you have to play with the remote to change the language on the channels! Pool was also good and refreshing. However this hotel did not work for me, super loud music from the bar right on the top until 3:AM and could not get a complete slepp for 3 days, thanks to the friendly staff, specially Felipe(Manager) who transferred me to their other property(Hotel Eleven) away from 5th avenue and i liked the quietness there. Disliked · Very bad Wifi overall, No fridge, no coffee maker and no microwave in the room, very basic. You'd love it if you're a party person. Loud music from the bar on the top, till 3:00 AM

la descripción decía claramente Estacionamiento en la propiedad y esta no tiene. lo cual nos obligo a estacionarnos a un par de cuadras y caminar para nada no tenia estacionamiento y la persona en recepción estaba consciente de que decía estacionamiento y no lo tenia. perdimos mucho tiempo

Excellent location right off the beach! Clean & Comfy rooms. Excellent service & housekeeping. Looks like fresh management. Good food selection in restaurant. Lived the tranquil pool! Definitely recommend for reasonable price.

The cancel your reservation the day of or the day before. Beware, this place is absolutely ridiculous and should not be in business. Horrible, unprofessional, no parking. Located in a loud atmosphere.

Front desk occupied with very young lowest paid staff having no knowledge and motivation to help out At 1 am - after midnight - the music from surrounding bars became very, very loud from very loud. Moved out the next day, tried to get refund!!! Only ONE sunbed on pool Overpriced

Las habitaciones tienen olor a humedad. Te hacen dar un deposito de $500 pesos en efectivo por adelantado, por si dañas algo. Sin embargo, no cuentan ni con sabanas y toallas limpias, todas tienen algún tipo de mancha. Solicité factura y nunca se envió. El desayuno se sirvió en otro lugar fuera del hotel ya que en su "restaurante" no funcionaba la estufa. Lo único bueno es que el aire acondicionado funcionaba. No se dejen engañar por las fotos, no corresponde con la realidad.
