Rossgier Inn

Looks nice in the picture, but this place is not as it seems. The pub was not in operation when we got there and we could see no way to access the room we paid for.

We found a vacant pub, with no people anywhere. We weren't provided the information for how to access the room until 1:00AM. We also couldn't reach the property manager when we tried to call. After moving on to a different accommodation, we have been refused a refund with Booking.com saying the property manager said we didn't try contacting him. We saved his message saying he was at the theater when we called. This was booked earlier the same day we planned to stay there so it is unlikely we kept the property from renting to someone else, so their unwillingness to refund our money is as disappointing as one can imagine.

The location was perfect for what we needed. The property was very clean, warm and no issue with hot water etc.

No real issues, this met our needs perfectly

Perfect getaway owners very kind and welcoming will definitely be staying again

A little bit dated. Some wine glasses would've been good . Bread milk and cereal for breakfast was nice.
