The apartment needs renovation. Everything is falling apart. Aircon is throwing water😯 Bathroom doesn't have a key😡 Kitchen not well equipped 😩 Not worth the price we paid

Název: NEBEZPEČNÉ UBYTOVÁNÍ: Plíseň, padající sklo a hygienický hnus! Hodnocení: 1/10 (Naprostá katastrofa) Recenze: Ubytování v objektu (známém také jako Fortuna Beach nebo Easy World Apartments) bylo jedno velké zklamání a hazard se zdravím. Jediné plus je poloha blízko pláže, ale to nevyváží zbytek hrůzy. * Havarijní stav a nebezpečí úrazu: V koupelně je na zdech plíseň a ze stropu tam neustále kape voda. Korunou všeho bylo, když se na mě během sprchování samovolně vysypaly skleněné dveře sprchového koutu a roztříštily se po celé koupelně. Jen zázrakem jsem se nepořezal! Majitel slíbil nápravu, ale za celý měsíc se neukázal. Naprostý nezájem o bezpečnost hostů. * Hygiena bazénu: Bazén byl nepoužitelný. Koupali se v něm lidé v civilním oblečení (v hadrech), takže voda byla okamžitě kalná a špinavá. Odporné. * Personál a úklid: Místní personál tráví celý den na mobilech. Pokud si o úklid vysloveně neřeknete, nikdo nepřijde. Bordel v okolí byl standard, dokud jsme si nevynutili nápravu. * Finanční podvody a fakturace: Pozor na peníze! Hotel si strhl o 100 EUR více, než byla cena na Booking.com (kvůli jejich vlastnímu kurzu). Musel jsem to složitě vymáhat zpět přes podporu. Navíc mi majitel odmítl vydat oficiální fakturu a dal mi jen ručně psaný cár papíru. Na zprávy ohledně dokladu doteď nereaguje. Shrnutí: Majitel je lhář a o objekt se nestará. Pokud nechcete bydlet v plísni, riskovat pořezání sklem a dohadovat se o peníze, vyhněte se tomuto místu obloukem! Mám vše zdokumentované na fotkách.
