"The worst place to book online"

Fortuna Beach hotel didn't give us any room although we did book one through Booking.com. upon arrival, we were told the hotel was fully booked and we were told to look elsewhere. Also, the owner told us that we were to deal with Booking.com to get another place.

I did a reservation via booking and in the arrival they said that don’t have available rooms. I can understand why if they don’t have available rooms the availability is open on internet.

"We were double booked and it was full."

We were double-booked with another family, which led to an awkward encounter. While Fortuna Beach had availability on Booking.com, they didn't have any rooms available. I ended up needing to make an arrangement elsewhere.

"Fortuna Beach is in the heart of flic en flac. It was wonderful to have a lovely beach & supermarket nearby."

The apartment was big, very clean and We were welcomed by the staff.

There was no Aircon in the lounge but the fan was useful
