The check-in process is not efficient. Considering the price, the following are the turn off for this hotel: 1. No coffee and kettle inside the room. 2. No complimentary slippers, hygiene kit aside from one soap bar and liquid shampoo 3. If you are a lone guest, different prices otherwise you have to pay extra for the towels and water because they only provide for one, which is not common to hotels I have stayed in the country and even abroad. 4. Breakfast is only limited to one pax and it is plated. 5. Customer service is not good as well I am not recommending it. I regret to book for 6 nights which is difficult to cancel should you have inconveniences. Staff are not flexible and open-minded.

My reservation was for queen bed and have me 2 beds. Amenities was scarce need to biy my own shampoo & vconditioner amd soap. I have to also request gor a face towel. Lightong is bad in tje bathroom.

Close to airport, clean room and bathroom with modern bath fixtures, rain shower w/ hot water, soft & comfortable bedding & cold aircon. Good options for ala carte breakfast, convenient coffee shop on 1st floor. Accommodated my request for early check-in, keycard access to room. Friendly staff, helpful male staff who assisted with my luggage… forgot his name. Enjoyable stay, will definitely return!

Location is near the airport and there are many commuting options (tricycles and jeeps seem to be then main way to go around, with a few taxis here and there). The rooms are very clean and cozy, with enough amenities for the whole stay. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, if a bit basic. The staff were very helpful and took care of us by entertaining our questions and assisting us with carrying our things. Ms. Rosie from the front desk helped us in detail regarding our commuting questions.

The service is not good i dont know if lack of staff Or what, time consuming in front desk, their service is poor.
