No one answers the landline and to messages No drinking water in the room

Dom polozony ok 30 nin piechotq od glownej ulicy. Przystanek autobusowy pod domem i bardzo dogodna komunikacja dzien i w nocy. Pokoj duzy przestronny i czysty.

Brak kontaktu z wlascicielem odnosnie mozliwoaci pozostawienia bagazy. Nie bylo konkretnego miejsca gdzie moglysmy zoatawic plecakia by nikt nie mial dostepu. Od 6 rano obsuga domu juz halasowala i trzaskala drzwiami. Nasz pokoj byl obok pokoju socjalnego i bardzo nam ten halas przeszkadzal.

Het bed was fijn. Inchecken met code verliep soepel.

In de douche stonk het. Het behang/plafon was niet afgewerkt, er zaten vlekken. Het was ver van het centrum.

Clean rooms, nice location, fair price, free parking nearby

Location was god

There was no confirmed parking space, i parked into nearby street but can’t park after 10:00 am, i saved myself from parking ticket by very narrow margin. They should not advertise themselves with parking as there are only two spaces they should have mentioned it before i got an email about parking just a day before my stay. Moreover, there was no lift at property considering the amount of money 103 pounds they charged it was not value for money on top of that room was like a pressure cooker because of current heat wave it was impossible to stay there after 08:00am . I will not recommend this property at this amount.

The guest house was only a 10-15 minute bus ride to get to Old Town, we left the car and got the bus. The facilities were lovely and clean. The check in was very easy honestly I would definitely recommend it if you want a few days in Edinburgh.

It was relatively close to the centre of Edinburgh and have lots of public transport.

Its old and dated. Dust was on the pictures and skirting. Room and bed was small. The bathroom, which was on suite and compact, had a pump for the water which was very noisy. I am not too sure how they give themselves 4 stars as there were no services.
