It's very clean. The cleaning lady did a great job of cleaning the common areas (kitchen and bathrooms) every day. The location is also good, there are nice restaurants and coffee shops within 5 min, and the metro station is about 10 min away.

The only thing that bothered me was the noise. The doors are a bit loud, so if you have light sleep you might wake up early when people start leaving their rooms. You can also hear the cars on the street. I recommend bringing ear buds.
