The female domes are comfortable & clean . Bathrooms are clean

I don’t like that the pool area & pool was not clean maybe cause it was raining . The dog , i don’t have a problem with dogs i just didnt see a property dog mentioned when I was booking so I wish they could have informed me before check out or at the reception but had to see it the next morning & it’s not fair cause some of us fear animals but we have to accept it even though it was not stated to us . And the dog was sleeping in all the couches around the place , for a person like me who has fear for dog’s & allergies I won’t think I’ll come back. But if I come back it will be cause of the receptionist with blonde hair who was so nice & welcoming . But the cleaners are not nice you greet them they act as if they don’t hear you.

the location is great but the decor and furniture and standard not satisfying, it could do with some major renovations and revamp the outside
