That small blonde lady at the reception

It smells like Pee and dog

Shocking! There was a dog sleeping in the foyer. As much as I was assured by the staff I wouldn't be bitten, surely the staff should take in to consideration that guests might have allergies. It's completely unhygienic too. If a dog has teeth he is very much able to bite and no amount of compensation would have changed the damage that dog would've been able to make. It wasn't clean at all in the dorm room. As much as the staff cannot be held responsible for the guests' doings in the dorms (as the staff called to communicate before my check-in), they still hold the responsibility of ensuring new guests are greeted with cleanliness and especially hygiene upon arrival and check in. The next door neighbour's gardener was looking in to the female dorm in the morning from where he was hosing the garden. I felt physically ill when I saw the bathroom. This was a terrible experience.

The woman in the reception was very vey nice and supportive.

The staff at the kitchen… very rude

There's nothing i liked during my stay.

The smell in the bedroom was horrible. The bed was not clean it caused itching on my body. the bunk bed was not user friendly, it didn't have a ladder so i struggled to get up towards the bed. The blankets quality was not good they looked like prison blankets. The level of hygiene was devastating and disgusting.

Had to find alternative ,

No safe space to keep the bags , noise and other distractions

The room was very quiet. The location is amazing. It had a peaceful vibe which I enjoyed a lot as an introvert. They had wifi that worked but was a little slow at times. It is a very nice place for solo travellers or even couples.

I did not like the fact that there was no air conditioning in the rooms. It became very hot in the afternoons and we had to open windows to get cool air but then we had an insect problem. The staff lady was nice.
