All modern and clean. Had everything I needed.

Shower wasn’t very warm and the rooms were a bit cold.

the flat is really small, the garden was not useable due to mosquitoes in summer.

It looks quite modern, there were cooking utensils, Netflix, the bed was comfortable. It seemed clean overall.

The pictures portray the flat as much bigger, in reality it is tinier, the state of the bathroom could be improved as the shower has some black spots that don’t look too appealing and water gathers in one spot.

Loved the place; its location, the facilities, and the beautiful little garden that is so lovely to sit in or just look at through the windows. I spent 6 nights there while visiting Padova, Venice, and Verona. I highly recommend this property.

Nice location, within walking distance of all the sights and in a quiet residential area with a private courtyard. Comfortable, clean rooms, good bedding and well equipped. Heating/AC works well.

Bathroom needs updating, there's visible mold on caulking, and there's not enough natural ventilation (need to turn on the fan/open windows).

The apartment was unfortunately not clean, with only a superficial cleaning done. Additionally, there was a strong smell of mold and dampness throughout. We ended up staying just one night instead of two and left early. When we requested a refund, we received a firm refusal. Overall, it was very disappointing and not recommended for a stay!

Cozy apartment with several details that provide comfort, such as coffee, sugar, oil, detergent pods, a clothes drying rack, various cleaners, and high-quality towels. Overall, it is comfortable.

The shower is uncomfortable because water leaks out. There was some mold in the bathroom. There are several garden spiders and mosquitoes trying to get in, so you need to keep it closed. There was a very strong smell of chlorine on the floor. Initially, the service was not very friendly. We arrived early, it was raining heavily, and we asked if we could enter a bit earlier... we were told no, very abruptly... later, they allowed it.

The flat is covered in black mould and very damp! Our laundered clothes took over 48h to dry and previously dry clothes became damp over time. Also very dark- the pictures suggest a light-flooded space, but in reality we needed the lights on all the time. The picture attached is from mid morning on a sunny day (no cloud in sight) end of May. The garden is also sadly unusable as it is infested with mosquitoes. On a lesser note, the kitchen is quite poorly equipped. The duvet does not have a proper cover, just a sheet on either side (see attached picture).
