Hotel Tropical Inn

Great, quiet location on the main part of the island. Accessible from Cartagena so great for a night or two away from the city. Staff always ready to help out and lend their services. Delicious, inexpensive food and drink (on site). Comfortable chairs for lounging and easy private beach access.

Rooms a bit outdated and simplistic but not a big deal since you end up spending lots of time outside. They were updating the pool when we were there so it should look a bit better after.

It fits well. Fantastic staff who try to do everything to ensure that you have a good experience. Go to the beach. Nice pool. lovely rooms.

There were too many dishes on their menu they couldn't make. The steaks are so bad and like eating a shoe sole. They want to sell the meat as Babybeef but could only deliver old shoe soles. On the day of departure, we couldn't get lunch at 2 o'clock because the staff was holding lunch🙄 But you can get it in 2 hours... but a little chat with the reception and we manage to get lunch 👍

The staff and meals were good.

The location was to close to the daytime visitors, rooms were basic and the flies were terrible We had to eat dinner later so there were less of them. In summation it was not a good experience
