Rustige plek niet al te groot . Leuke suites

Dat er nalatigheid is. Pas als je iets zegt word er wat gedaan. Jammer . Dit geld ook voor Tulum … we hebben haast een chloorvergiftiging opgelopen. Bij Tulum kon er niet eens water geleverd worden handdoekken. Moesten letterlijk bedelen . De dame die bij de receptie van de spa Stond gaf de schuld aan de hoofd receptie “ Zij hebben niet geleverd “ dit was dus bij Tulum Bavaro beach is kleiner rustiger en persoonlijker. Ik zou zo terugkeren naar Bavaro . Fijne mensen die er Werken.

Le personnel du restaurant au top ,les serveurs d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle, le calme de cet hôtel rien à dire on reviendra ça c'est sur.

Le point négatif une odeur désagréable par moment dans la salle de bain .

Der Blick aufs Meer

Leider waren die Zimmer bei Ankunft nicht sauber, es gab über den Aufenthalt hinweg kein Warmwasser und das WC am Pool war in einem schlechten, schmutzigen Zustand. Der Frühstücksraum war stark von Fliegen betroffen, wodurch ein Verzehr kaum möglich war. Insgesamt wirkt die Anlage eher wie ein 3Sterne‑Hotel. So hatte ich mir den Aufenthalt nicht vorgestellt.
