地點非常熱鬧，周邊方便，停車距離也不算太遠 另外也有付費的烘乾機和販賣機可以使用，衣服的清洗上算方便 到晚上櫃檯都持續有人員可以協助 服務人員態度很好，以價格跟住宿體驗來說，整體算滿意！

房間一進去發現地板也殘留的垃圾沒有清潔，這讓我對於房間的清潔有點疑慮

The staf as always since i have visited before is always friendly and acommodating. The in hotelonsen makes this Hotel very special fo me a s i can just zip down to the spa and relax without haing to go iutside to another loaction, and its' well appointed.
