"not brilliant experience"

Tap to wash hands after toilet was broken and had no running water. To wash hands had to turn on shower. Also had kettle but not tea or coffee. Water in kettle not cleaned. Breakfast was VERY SLOW REPLENISHING ..SO DIDNT GET MUCH OF A BREAKFAST THE WAS PAID FOR. CAME AWAY HUNGREY. I WOULDNY STAY AT ALL AGAIN. Staff that evening of arrival , especially the lady was so helpful and welcoming

Rooms forgetting tap problem are spacious and modern...the only thing I'd change would be bigger TV as it looked loss.

L’emplacement proche de l’aéroport

Une serveuse a refusé de nous faire manger le soir car nous étions un groupe de 9 personnes et que ça allait être trop compliqué pour elle. ( il n’y avait personne dans la salle)

Just completed the survey but forgot to mention that the host only speak Spanish, all the signs are in Spanish. A bit difficult for non Spanish speaking people
