Zentrale Lage. Blitzsauber, alles neu. Grosse abschliessbare Bettkasten fürs Gepäck. Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Gepäckaufbewahrung tagsüber.

Man kann Nuancen finden. Kein Gemeinschaftsraum wie in „traditionellen“ Hostel. Kein Frühstück. Kein Teller und Messer, Löffel.

La amabilidad de la recepción, el checking es en el bar y asi y todo se toman el tiempo en explicarte todo. La cama cómoda, la privacidad muy buena. El hostel esta cerca de la estación de buses.

Nada en especial, es cómodo para una noche

Betten wirklich in Ordnung mit Schliessfach, Vorhang und Steckdose plus Hacken, um Dinge aufzuhängen. Badezimmer auch echt in Ordnung, hatte alles was man braucht.

Good point: The location of this hostel is right at the centre of the city.

There are some points to be improved: 1. I paid for 6-bed dormitory with windows & requested for a bottom bed but the hostel staff failed to notice this request & I ended up staying in 14-female dormitory in a reason of being a woman while I overpaid. Even if that female staff asked her boss for a solution, yet it still couldn’t be changed as most of the beds were taken/booked by other tourists already. Angrily, I had no choice to change my accommodation since my luggages were delayed by the airline, but to take it. 2. The price was not worth to the facilities: old bed duvet, uncomfortable pillow & the room was so hot as the remote control was not kept in the room for us to adjust. So other roommates & I had to ask the staff to change it, every time, the room was hot. How inconvenient that is! 3. The kitchen was not fully equipped: no stoves & other appliances. Only plastic forks, spoons, knifes, glasses, plates , fridge & microwave . Basically, only cold foods could be made. 4. Their hospitality & service were not good or considered as a hostel, more of making extra money on the top of their first business (a bar) which is below the hostel.

Very clean bathrooms, toilets, bins are always empty, bathrooms have enough space and a separate front part to put tour things. Self check in was about to be annoying but they solved in 2 mins. You enter from the street or from the pub, nice pub atmophere. Staff is ready to help. There is kettle, fridge, microwave, some basic utensils in the corridor in front of the rooms and nice table arrangements. Locker, under the bed was functional. 1 key unlocked everything, is it magic?

Bed and pillows' quality should be improved. O asked öne more pillow and they provided but they need New better pillows:) Around the bed a shelf would be nice.

Central location

Staff is entering the room early morning and behaving reckless.. Talking loudly while people sleep.. Opening and closing the luggage rack

Optimale Lage. Hohe Sauberkeit.

Das Personal habe ich nicht als besonders zugewandt erlebt, etwas mehr Freundlichkeit könnte nicht schaden - ich hatte generell das Gefühl, sie beim Barbetrieb zu stören …
