We were a few steps from the most beautiful beach that was not overcrowded. Hostess was wonderful and greeted us with some welcome food and wine from the region- the hospitality was phenomenal.

Everything was great - maybe just a suggestion for some extra pillows in the room. Also a working A/C in the bedroom to avoid having to open windows when it is noisy outside- but these are small things and not a dealbreaker at all.

The location was perfect for our purposes, being near another venue at which some of our party were attending a wedding

The bed in major bedroom was very comfortable but a little short for me due to the end frame

The location was excellent. No doubt about it. Beautiful view and nice owner. Very helpful. It was very hot and she bought us an air cooler. Without that it would be way too hot.

I hoped that there would be airco, that was not the case and the house had curtains and ventilators but the ventilators were not enough. It was 36-38 degrees when we were there. Owner bought an air cooler so that was nice. So if there was a real airco it would be a 10.

They were very friendly and were happy to let our two big dog stay aswell. Lucia was always around if you needed anything . There were love walks for the dogs among the olives and vines.

Location was great, view also, apartment had all you needed, pool was big, and above all owner very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of spaces to sit and beds along pool. Great villages nearby like Cortona, Montepulciano and Lake Trasimeno

it is hard to find, no signs on the road and a very steep road up along gravel and stones. Having some more hooks to hang bath towels and bathrobes would be great. Mattrasses are somewhat hard but that is personal

Really good Tuscany feeling. The owner was providing good service and care during our stay. The pool was excellent.

A little bit difficult access road to the apartments.

Beautiful setting in the heart of Tuscany. The accommodation was very comfortable for our stay. We arrived late at night and Lucia made the self check in an easy experience. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.
