Clean apartment with towels, toiletries, air conditioning, and good wi-fi. There were two single beds in the room that could be pushed together to make into a double. Managed to check in early (11:15am as opposed to 4pm) - people at reception were nice. Close to Energylandia (10/15 minute walk) and some shops and restaurants nearby. Found it very difficult to get taxis in the local area. Ubers/iTaxi were generally available eventually (maximum waited 1.5 hours) so note this if you are wishing to use a taxi to get anywhere (we required them to go to Auschwitz and to Krakow). When we tried to ring local taxis we were met with ‘we’re busy’, ‘no taxis in Zator’ or just hanging up. Of course, no fault of the hotel, just a point about the area in general for visiting tourists. We would perhaps consider hiring a car next time to reduce stress trying to track a taxi down.

Fantastic place positioned well for the theme park. I would recommend getting the park bus which passes by opposed to parking in the theme park.

Excellent stay at this property. Very clean and completely modern and updated. Room had two bedrooms with a separate room for the kitchen. Quiet, even though some construction on the parking area. A short 5 minute walk (or quick drive, plenty of parking) to the Western Camp resort that had a great, big, not crowded restaurant with delicious food. Only complaint about this room is that they need darkening shades. The ones they have are a beautiful gray but not at all cover the light in the morning. More of an issue when it gets light early. Highly recommended stay!

Lovely property to stay at. 10 minute walk to energylandia. Hopefully as the area progresses there will be more transport links readily available and dining out. But overall a lovely stay!!

Very clean and spacious. Quiet with no noise from adjacent rooms. Angelika at the reception was very helpful explaining check in process, advising on local amenities and organising us a taxi to the airport for our departure. Only a very short walk to Energylandia was a great plus. An excellent (and cheaper) alternative to the nearby Western Camp, which we also used the dining facilities of.

Very good accommodation near EnergyLandia. Great and super efficient staff!

Dwa noclegi związane z pobytem w Energylandii. Blisko sklepy. Duży parking. Wygodnie dużo światła. Na pewno wrócimy.

Na jedną góra 2 noce. W pokojach panuje bardzo chłodny klimat i nie chodzi tu o klimatyzację , która akurat jest wielkim atutem że wzgledu na komary. Pokoiki małe ,kuchnia ciasna. Nasza rodzina 4 osobowa nie mieściła się przy stole do wspólnego śniadanka

Great stay. Reception staff were very friendly. Apartments are modern, clean and in a great location to walk to Energylandia.
