Beds were single bunks with a very this mattress, only stayed one night

The highlight of our trip to Japan. amazing view excellent food and very helpful staff. They even helped us figure a way to get from Tokyo to the hotel on public transportation and then on to Kyoto.

The onsen is not hot.

家族4人で2月に宿泊しました 子どもたちは二段ベッドにテンション上がってました 部屋もトイレも洗面所も清潔で、窓からは富士山バッチリ見えて良いのですが、エアコンが押し入れ代わりの棚の真上に設置されているため、下に温風が届かずずっと足元が寒かったです。 大浴場は予約しないとダメかと思ってましたが普通に入れました。ただ二つあるドライヤーの風量が弱弱で、さらに一つは冷風しか出ませんでした。 朝食はサービスでキーマカレー、サラダ、パン、フルーツなどブッフェで頂けてとても美味しく、少なくなるとスタッフがこまめに補充してくださっていました。 寒波のせいで寒かったですが、期待以上なサービスで、気兼ねなく過ごせて楽しい旅行となりました。

This place blew me away! As a solo traveler, I was looking for comfort and a memorable experience - and this accommodation delivered it all. The view from my room was absolutely stunning—I couldn’t stop staring out the window. I even got up early to look at the sunrise glistening on Mount Fuji! Its so beautiful. The room was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed to feel at home. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. They even spoke English to me, helping reduce friction with my poor Japanese. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience, and I honestly didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back someday!
