Pas grand chose ! A part l'emplacement proche de la gare et du centre ville. Établissement calme.

A fuir !!! Chambre n° 6 pour 2 personnes. A l'arrivée fenêtre du bas cassée ne peut s'ouvrir. Fenêtre du haut ouverte pas accessible pour la refermer. Store cassé posé parterre. Rideau déchiré en 2. La nuit fait jour avec les lampadaires exterieurs et le réveil tôt le matin avec le lever du jour ! Moquette vieille et déplorable tâche d'urine ou de vomi. Aspirateur non passé des détritus sur le sol. Toiles d'araignées et ampoule manquante dans l'applique. Poussière. Bouilloire non vidée. Frigo parterre non branché près de la porte. 1/2 rouleau de papier WC pour 3 jours. Douche moisissures joints de carrelage. Pas de connexion TV. Pas de prestation ménage du séjour. Hôtel fantôme Pas de personnel sur place tout géré à distance d'1 autre ville. Prix excessif ne vaut même pas un 3 étoiles !!! Très étonné que Booking propose ce genre d'hôtel.

Uniquement son emplacement

Pas de personnel, pas propre, limite sale, sauf la salle d'eau, télévision qui ne fonctionne pas (pas de chaînes) Fenêtres non étanches..pas terrible. Matelas trop dur à notre goût. Rideaux cassés, un store ne fonctionne pas. Peu d'intimité dans la salle d'eau une fois la nuit tombée. En bref, je ne comprends pas pourquoi Booking.com continue de proposer cet établissement..à fuir. Dommage car Dresde est superbe

We stayed in the cheapest room. Overall, the hotel has both pros and cons. Pros: very convenient location - close to the train station, and within easy walking distance of the city center. The room had a large and comfortable bed, clean bed linen and towels, and there was always hot water. For a short stay of 1-2 nights, this is quite an acceptable option.

However, there are some things that spoiled the experience. The room was very cold, even though the radiators were turned on at maximum. We also failed to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi and turn on the TV. The bathroom was generally clean, but there was a thick layer of dust on the radiator and mold in the shower. I can understand the lack of tea, coffee, or personal detergents in the room in a three-star hotel, but the presence of mold, in my opinion, is unacceptable under any circumstances.

Kein persönlicher Kontakt zum Personal. Bad verschimmelt, Abfluss im Bad, Waschbecken, verstopft, Abdeckung von der Bad Absaugung abgefallen, Fensterdichtungen verfault und fallen raus. Alle Gäste stehen stundenlang vor dem Hotel, weil Einlass erst Punkt 15.00 Uhr gewährt wird. IT Kenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt,sonst kann Mann das Hotel gar nicht betreten.trotz Buchung und Bezahlung. Dieses Hotel kann ich nicht empfehlen. Diese Bewertung teile ich mit vielen Gästen,die mit mir stundenlang vor dem Hotel auf Einlass gewartet haben.

Drobne niedociągnięcia w uszkodzony czajnik nie działa z telewizor lub brak światła w łazience

Lokalizacja super, blisko starego miasta, dworca głównego. Sami mogliśmy się zameldować na duży plus. Dobra komunikacja na whatsapp.

Pokój wymaga odświeżenia i gruntownego sprzątania jak czyszczenie wykładziny, brudna kabina i fugi w łazience :(
