++ proximity to the park and the coffeeshop inside (5-10min walk) + very clean room + very firm bed + good waterpressure in the shower

2 important things could be improved with very little effort from the owner and would make the room rate ok: - no kettle, no glasses nor cups - no toilet paper (there are tissues in the room) 1 thing that cant be changed: - even it was quiet from midnight until 7am there is zero soundproofing (you hear the neighbours talk, laugh, sing, using the bathroom and the neighbours overhead walk, run, move things)
