"DISAPPOINTMENT"

I was looking forward to my stay in this hotel for more than three weeks but was saddened to have no lunch, dinner and breakfast worth nothing my stay here with no assistance from management...... extremely poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. The experience made it feel like a YMCA. I hate it.

Let me tell you one thing, apart from the location, this place is a GEM! Very very clean, decent, wonderful, spacious room, did I mention about the Manager Said, his staff for the gate to the reception to the breakfast, room attendants you name it, SUPERB! Absolutely worth of every penny! The breakfast is a plus plus, the fruit platter that comes with it, just adds into the splendid choices! They don't serve lunch neither dinner but advises, organises and can bring/order for/to you with PLEASURE! I had explendid, great times here and yes don't mind the location, the place in itself and its services is WORTH IT! Asanteni SANA!

"Great place to rest"

Ngalawa place has taken all the necessary precautions for current world situation which make me extra happy. Stuff was highly professional. Special thanks to Said! Hotel is very clean and new. I like the way they are taking care of small details in room. It was pleasure staying there and I am looking forward to come back again.

My room was not very big but it was very clean. I always like to stay at the clean places.Their breakfast was good, nice staff and WiFi is working. If you like the clean places I recommend this hotel.

"WONDERFUL ROOM"

I just spent one night at that place but i enjoyed a lot with their beautiful room because i did not expect to find a hotel with that beautiful rooms around the location. Thank you Ngalawa for your good customer service. The reason I do not give 5* is their location is not very good and attractive but everything else is extra wonderful.

One of the very affordable hotel in Dar es salaam City, It's just a bed and breakfast hotel but I enjoyed a lot with their huge and well arranged room. WiFi speed was amazing and Said was so helpful...

Felicitation Ngalawa Place! the place with strong WiFi connection,and of course Lovely faces around the Place. Their breakfast is limited but well served in the room. I had a very enjoyable stay during my business trip.Its a best place to be,especially when you are looking for a place around Dar Es Salaam City.
