Location was great, hotel is very clean, housekeeping is impeccable.

Breakfast is not an open buffet, you have to ask the staff for each piece of food that you want and I don't find this client friendly. Most of the staff did not speak English well enough for us to feel comfortable and like our needs were met. Rooms are very small, the minibar for some reason stops working at night and starts again in the morning so it is basically useless for storing any kind of food or drinks that you need to keep cold. TV doesn't have any English speaking channels and you cannot connect to Netflix or other streaming services on it. Hotel is right at the beach but the system of providing access to the sunbeds and umbrella on the private beach across the street is very confusing. Their website says you can ask for it (or at least for some discount on it) when you are staying more than 5 nights, which we did but were told it does not include booking.com clients. Till this day, I don't understand why. Be ready to pay over 100 euros for 5 days at the beach then. Because we complained about a couple of things during our stay - like their table system in a restaurant where almost all table are reserved for half or full board guests and when ypu only have B&B you have to search for the table among all those reserved and it gets on your nerves right in the morning - the staff was not friendly towards us and thinking we understand zero Italian (which we don't) the manager talked about us in front of us not very nicely. I would not return and I would not recommend this hotel to my friends even though it has a great potential. But unless you are Italian (or maybe German), you won't feel great here.

Hotel con arredo delle parti comuni e delle camere molto gradevole. Posizione comoda. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Una sera abbiamo cenato e deve dire che il cibo è buono e ben presentato.

Everything was wonderful, pleasant atmosphere, but I must mention that they tried to charge us for accommodation again even though it was already charged through booking - I hope it was just a mistake ;-).

Very clean, polite personnel, fabulous brakfast, will come back again!
