Inn of the Four Sisters

Great location in the center of gondar, few min from the main attractions. Four sisters is a welcoming guest house, it provides you all the service you need to be comfortable in Gondar. Rooms is nice and clean with good bathroom and hot shower. Bed is large and comfortable. All the room is clean and the linen and towels changed on daily basis. The area is quiet, there is no noise inside the room and can sleep without any trouble. There are restaurants nearby, included one run by the same owner of the guesthouse which offers good local food. Highly recommended.

Family owned business! The owner and staff are exceptionally warm and will do everything to accommodate you and make your experience in Gondar amazing. I felt as if I was at a relative’s house. Also the location is very ideal if you come for Timket. Atse Tewodros square/Piassa is less than 10min walk. Timkete Bahr/Fasil Bath is a bajaj ride away. Fasil Gibi is a short ride away too. Debre Birhan Selassie is walking distance. Plenty of local fresh butcher restaurants and bars walking distance too.

There was an issue with hot water availability in our first room, but we were quickly accommodated and given another room with water that works. Also the breakfast menu has no ethiopian options, but there’s plenty of local restaurants walking distance if you want that. Their western food is good.

Well located, very new and very clean with good facilities. Don’t be put off by lack of reviews for the last 2 years - they leased the building to the Red Cross but are back in business

The room was clean, good hot shower, big balcony outside, downstairs has big common area, could read book, good breakfast, and the owner was very kind, offered us traditional coffee and homemade bread, and the restaurant was good as well.

Exceptionally professional and helpful staff though we have been there on the busiest time in Gonder. Quite, safe, and clean place.

Cleanest and nicest place I have ever stayed in Ethiopia. Fast and fresh breakfast made to order. I had to evacuate early due to COVID-19. I watched the hostess, Helen, calmly help many very stressed travelers She and the staff went above and beyond. She let me use her phone, since all the airline websites were crashing. So kind and helpful
