The location is convenient to catering outlets and shops. The apartment is well-equipped, has a beautiful view, quiet neighbors, and a large terrace.

I rate the stay very positively. In order to raise the standard of equipment, I suggest considering adding folding beach loungers and increasing the amount of dishwasher liquid - despite the presence of a dishwasher, the liquid is necessary for washing pots and pans.

Location was amazing. Loved the sea views from the balcony which were the highlight for us. Apartment is spacious and bright and airy in the main living area. Kitchen facilities were very good - particularly large fridge freezer. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Building is secure. Pool area looks good but didn’t use as April. Perfect base for a holiday in Calpe. We’ll be back.

Decor was a bit sparse and could be updated.

We stayed 7 days in this flat in October 2023. The flat is at the sea front, overlooking Playa de la Fossa sand beach, a perfect location. The building consists of this kind of flats, all designed to have a very long corridor and a sea-view balcony. The flat and the kitchen in particular is very well equipped. The host company representative was responsive and helpful. The private car parking is 5 minutes walking distance away. With the internet router in the flat, WiFi connection was pretty good.

It took 6 days from departure day to get the deposit back.

Location is amazing, best building on Calpe’s best beach. Lovely concierge, supermarkets nearby.

Small pool without a lot of shade. The air conditioners leaked and required some repair during our stay. There was some noise from neighbours. Rooms face an inner courtyard.

Great location....very quiet at night...quick to respond to questions about property when phoned.

No one to show us the apartment and how things worked etc when we arrived.(trouble with washing machine and only one bath towel each ) Also would have liked some information about the area, restaurants, nearest supermarkets , trips etc. None in apartment. Also only a couple of wine glasses in cupboard.

Location is amazing.View is stunning. Has all the basic needs with access to supermarket and restaurants.

Needs a little maintenance here and there. Iron leads were exposed. Shower setup wasn't the best.
