There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was perfect 👌

location was ideal for the long distance coastal path

dog hairs on furniture, rugs, carpets in bedrooms - son with allergies had an awful time bed in top room very poor mattress, uncomfortable, needs replacing torn and stained bed sheets very dirty oven dirty dishes left in dishwasher poor level of cleanliness throughout, spent an hour hoovering and cleaning when we arrived garden fence broken allowing dog access to horse field next door, I spent half an hour repairing this garden not enclosed for dogs, rear garden open to front garden, open to road garden table very unsteady garden chairs very dirty and grimy decking ill-fitting, easy to stub toes side path concrete broken posing a tripping hazard sofas very dirty with dog hairs, food remains

Perfect location and everything we could need for our stay.

Super comfortable for 7 people: perfect dining and social spaces for us all - pool table is a great touch :)

lovely location , inside house a little tired

Great spot , easy access to lovely walks and stoney beach . Perfect for families, big sitting room with great view, big rooms, comfy beds ( very soft sheets!) . Felt very spacious despite looking small. Great deck area for meals. Grand children loved the outside area. A charming slightly old fashioned place .

A bit old fashioned in decor but clean . New loo seat needed in bathroom.
