Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, aufmerksames und freundliches Personal, grosse Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet, sehr zentral gelegen, Zimmer sehr sauber. Wir hatten unseren Autoschlüssel verloren, er wurde zu unserer Freude gefunden. Wir bekamen ihn per Post nach Hause gesendet. Was für ein Service! Dankeschön.

Good position between the ski resorts Crans Montana / Zermatt / Saas Fee. Comfortable rooms on the corners of the building, comfortable beds and pillows, decent breakfast, friendly staff

"Cozy and beautiful"

The Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The rooms was warm enough.The staffs were friendly, and ready to help. I find the location very ok, we were going to Leukerbad and stayed at the hotel, which was 30mins drive to each other. The food was exceptional, we ate dinner and breakfast. I mean what else would you want. I had a beautiful experience ( I am a dark race) I recommend this, we were there for the new year 2025.

It was all good.

Quality of products at breakfast Clean,

My room was to hot, cannot reduce the heater, only open the Windows. Difficult for the owner to manage some costumer’s frustration.
