Good location and clean rooms

Too much noise from nearby shacks in the night. Also, rodents or birds on the roof kept us awake at night.

The property is beautiful and cozy

Loud music from outside till late night

Extremely well decorated rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, rooms are a practically on the beach

Loud music from Tikiti (a restobar close by) ruins night sleep - ear plugs solve that though, so not a deal breaker at all, given that’s really the only complaint I have

Staff was nice, and the cottages too. Close to the beach.

Hot water went on and off randomly. I got a bad 2nd degree burn on my foot because of that, and our 5 year old child burnt her hand. Breakfast was late. Also disliked the nearby restaurants and bars playing loud techno from the afternoon late into the night even when there were no customers.

Staff is very helpful and understanding. Our cottage had some ants (which is very common) . We told the staff and they changed our room. The new room was very good. The last 2 cottages have some ants because of where it is located. The beach is 30 seconds away. Breakfast is super.

The room decor is lovely and is very comfortable. The location is perfect.

The hot water in the shower was not available mostly and the electricity was patchy.

The space itself is nice, cute room with decent bathroom. But there is a bar next door that starts playing crazily loud music from about 4pm till early hours in the morning! If this is not ur thing.. Book somewhere in mandrem just further up.
