We had a wonderful stay at this property. Best part was definitely the location – very central and lively, just a few minutes walk to famous Nizami Street, which made it easy to explore the city. The staff was very warm and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Special thanks to Ms. Aygun, day manager, who was such a lovely person and shared great suggestions for food and places to visit, which truly enhanced our experience in Baku. I would also like to appreciate Mr. Vali, night manager, for his kind assistance during our checkout. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in Baku – perfect location, excellent hospitality, and wonderful staff!
