Amazing location and charming apt

Ramona was very kind and let us store our luggage after check out. The location of the apartment is great and it doesn't feel noisy.

The shower cubicle is too small and the shower door cannot be closed and water flows out. The lock on the apartment door is not easy to lock and open.

The location was fantastic and we were glad we didn’t have to climb stairs further than the second floor.

Everything was great other than our check-in was delayed because the cleaning was not completed on time.

The location was amazing and the amenities.

The front door lock was a challenge.

Location is perfect if you are traveling without a vehicle. Location is central to everything. Train station is very close. Everything is walking distance.

Is located in a pedestrian only street. Very difficult if traveling in a vehicle. All the parking lots are full and struggle to find parking. You will have to carry luggage from far if you don't have luck with parking lots.

Hot water did not work during our stay and the host did not help us to solve to problem. we had no chance to take shower, and as you can imagine, it was not a great experience after two days walking up and down for Madrid. I would never recommend M&F Fuencarral to my worst enemy.
