Wir hatten eine wundervolle entspannte und kulinarisch wertvolle Woche in Borgo La Casetta. Es ist schön auf hotels.com solch ein Juwel zu finden. Der Familienbetrieb lebt toskanische Gastfreundschaft. Vom Frühstück bis zum Abend-/Mittagessen waren wir hervorragend umsorgt. Laura, Marcello und Michelangelo lesen einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Marcell, der "Chef" hat die in der Küche die Glutenunverträglichkeit meiner Frau bestens berücksichtig - ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus.

"Beautiful, family run property with excellent food in the hills between Vinci and Pistoia."

We had an excellent one night stay at Borgo La Casetta in the off season. The property and view were stunning and the set menu dinner was incredible. Every ingredient and product was from Tuscany and the owners were extremely knowledgeable about their food sources. Breakfast was also great, with so many options to choose from. I would love to come back in the warmer months to take advantage of the outdoor sitting areas.

As with many of the agritourismo in Italy, the property was slightly off main road and the last road up to the property was a little narrow, but thankfully paved. We arrived at night, but this should not be an issue for those arriving before dark.

We loved our stay at the Borgo La Casseta. It’s a family business, they have a small restaurant on the main floor. It takes approx half an hour drive up the hill to get there from Pistoia. A little bit tricky to find. Parking is free (gated property). The room was clean, separate bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. A spectacular 180 degree city/valley view.

Beautiful location with breath taking views The evening meal in the restaurant was fantastic all local produce and great chef I took part in a cookery lesson and it was great fun and I learnt a lot

Everyone was really welcoming and friendly. The dinner in the restaurant was the best culinary experience we had on the whole trip. You definitely have to check it out, otherwise you're missing out on something.
