Staff was very friendly and helpful. My bed was really comfy and the bathroom area was clean.

Had a really good stay here. The location is great, the room was decent, and the lockers were good enough for keeping my stuff safe. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a nice place with a good vibe. Would happily stay here again.

Clean

I booked a private room and it was much bigger/nicer than I expected - more like staying in a hotel than hostel. The bed was massive, the shower pressure was great and there was even a smart TV. There is a kitchen downstairs (I didn't know about this though until I asked staff for hot water) and a breakfast area on level 1 but not really a hangout common area so I barely saw anyone else while I was there, except for the odd person working on their laptop. The area is a short walk away from the pedestrian street and a little further to the river so it is pretty quite at night. The street is dark at night but I still felt ok walking back in the evening around 10pm. There are a fair few restaurants on the street, but they mostly only open for breakfast/lunch and it looks like mainly locals go there.

The soundproofing (like in a lot of small buildings) was non-existent and I could hear conversations in the next room almost clearly. Lucky this wasn't too much of a problem, except every morning (I don't know if this is a guest or the owner's family?) and sometimes in the evening there would be a lot of running around, stomping and yelling from a kid which was a bit annoying. Also, there is no elevator so just something to consider if this is a problem for you.

Phòng trên lầu 2 mà ko có thang máy, mang vali to nặng lên khá cực. Cầu thang bé và dốc. Trong phòng cũng ko có ấm siêu tốc, khi mình xuống mượn thì bạn lễ tân đã nói chỉ đc xài trong phòng bếp của lễ tân ở tầng trệt. Lên xong thiếu nước lại phải đi xuống lần nữa, rất bất tiện.
