"Amazing stay very close from the center of Guatape"

Amazing place very close to the center of Guatape were you can find anything like restaurants, bars and other things to do, the wet areas like the jacuzzi and pool are clean and climated and the breakfast buffet is a big plus

Me gustó la ubicación del hotel, el jacuzzi y piscina

La habitación le falta mantenimiento, las chapas de las puertas de los baños estaban sueltas, se calló una cortina del cuarto y falta un blackout en la habitación, la vista es bonita pero en la madrugada entra demasiada luz

Me encantó la ubicación , y el apartamento muy comodo y de mucho confort

Tienen qué mejorar los jacuzzi , de verdad que se ve super antihigienico .

El desayuno rico y la ubicación excelente.

Deben advertir a los huéspedes que no hay ascensor y el desplazamiento exige subir y bajar muchas muchas escaleras, y todos los corredores son al aire libre. Si llueve, te mojas durante el desplazamiento. En los apartamentos para 6 personas, 2 de ellas duermen en un sofá cama incómodo.

Ubicación

Lastimosamente, el apartamento no ofrecía la privacidad esperada. En su interior había una puerta que comunicaba directamente con otro apartamento, lo que permitió que el ruido se filtrara durante toda la noche. Incluso, en algunos momentos se percibía que intentaban abrirla, lo que resultó muy incómodo y perturbador.

Las instalaciones y la comida muy bien.

Que no tiene ascensor y tiene muchas escaleras. Estuvimos con una persona con problemas de movilidad y llegó enferma de subir y bajar escaleras, deben informar que las instalaciones no cumplen con la normativa para personas con movilidad reducida.
