El hotel es bonito, el personal muy amable, las instalaciones están perfectas. Nos quedamos dos noches y nos limpiaron habitación dos veces cosa que no esperábamos pero fue grato.

Eviten este establecimiento si valoran su descanso y su seguridad. Nos quedamos 4 días y la última noche fue un calvario total. Ruidos extremos: Un grupo de vecinos puso música a todo volumen hasta las 5:00 a. m. A pesar de llamar 4 veces a recepción, la seguridad solo contestó una vez. Inacción total: Aunque seguridad intervino dos veces sin éxito, el hotel se negó a expulsar a estas personas o a llamar a la policía, ignorando las quejas de muchos otros huéspedes. Inseguridad y amenazas físicas: La situación empeoró cuando estos vecinos se pusieron agresivos. Nos amenazaron físicamente y golpearon nuestra puerta para pelear. El hotel nos dejó totalmente desprotegidos en esta situación peligrosa. Ilegalidad: Al día siguiente, la administración se negó a reembolsar la noche y, lo más grave, se negaron a entregarnos el formulario legal de reclamación (PQR). Esto es una infracción directa a la ley colombiana. El personal es incompetente para manejar crisis y no respeta los derechos del consumidor. Un establecimiento que no garantiza ni el sueño ni la seguridad de sus clientes deberia hacer un minimo algo.
