"Excellent"

Very happy with the property. It had everything we needed. Very well kept and very accesible by bus(two stops across the street). Very nice area, very clean and a wonderful view.

"Nice apartment, quiet, but 10 minutes walk from the lake / centre"

quiet rooms, full of light, kitchen well-equipped

It would have been helpful to have a few staples: salt, pepper, olive oil Tv was not easy to control, with the help of the rental agents online we eventually got it working instructions / welcome pack are a generic 'Lugano pack' for the rental agency with nothing useful for the specific apartment

This property was in a beautiful spot and was comfortable to stay there. Unfortunately the kitchen was not stocked at all. We have stayed at other AirB&Bs and they all had minimal items needed: paper towels, dishwasher soap, one morning’s worth of coffee, olive oil, spices. This property should have all this to give it a perfect rating.
