Грязно было , отломанный держатель для туалетной бумаги ,вентиляция сильно шумит ,нет кондиционера , ковер с различными пятнами . Это ужас ,а не отель

Просторий номер, вічливий персонал.

Як бронюввла не звернула увагу, що в номері немає кондиціонера. Через те що в номері було несправне вікно, яке відкривалось тільки на малу щілину, а інше не відкривалось, в номері було дуже жарко і душно. Перебування було нестерпним. Варто було б відрегулювати вікна, щоб їх можна було відкрити в жарку погоду. Все інше було добре, номер і персонал.
