AUEasy check in, secure parking, right across from Kawana shopping centre. Very spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Has a proper tumble dryer - so you don't have to wait 4 hours for clothes to dry. Would definitely stay here again.
Neighbours smoking (must be quite a few. At one point, I thought there was a fire somewhere), you can hear the Neighbours upstairs walking around (extremely loud)
AUAULocation near the shopping centre and restaurants was very good. Kids loved the pool too as it was actually heated. There is also the park run just one block away every Saturday morning. Apartment had heaps of cups, glasses and bowls so weren't having to do dishes after every meal like a lot of other places.
Signage in underground carpark was difficult to navigate. Could use better instructions.

AUAUVery cosy apartment, great lounge and beds. Close to shops, the aquarium and the zoo. Quiet location, air con and fans throughout. Kitchen fully equipped with everything we needed.
Not a major thing but the pool is more under cover than indoor. We couldn't go swimming after a long drive like we hoped as the wind tunnels through and was very cold.

Only negative - the unclear check in instructions. Two groups were trying to find keys and both were very confused. Took ages to sort. Need to improve this.
