VILLA KOSHIDO KOTONI annex

The property is large and the location is good. Near supermarket and metro station.

The soundproof between units of the property is bad. I have few mornings wakened up by the noisy neighbours of upper unit and adjacent unit.

施設も新しく、隅々まで掃除が行き届いていました。とても雰囲気が良かったです。

Property was spacious, relatively easy to find and get to. It's not in central Sapporo, but it's pretty close by both JR line and the subway. There is several convenience stores nearby and a large mall as well with 2 supermarkets. Property had easy check in, a lift to get to second floor, and 3 very large beds with comfortable bedding. Property also had kitchen, nice bathroom and washing machine with free washing powder.

The first few nights were great, the guests next door were a bit noisy during the day, but quiet at night. However on the last night a bunch of foreigners stayed in the room above and held a party until very early in the morning. Thi was incredibly noisy for us, and because this is not a manned hotel, there was no recourse or anyone for us to talk to regarding this. Wifi password hidden on the back of the door took us a long time to find, should be moved somewhere more obvious like front of fridge.

部屋やトイレお風呂等綺麗で、飲料水も用意されておりよかったです。 6人で宿泊するとスーツケースを広げられる場所が限られてしまいますが、充分でした。 次回も使用したいです。

今回の旅行で行きたかった所複数あったのですが立地的にも行きやすく、チェックインもストレスなくできました。子供二人の家族連れでベッドも広々使えて、バルコニーもありまた利用したいと思いました。今度は4人用のお部屋に泊まりたいです☆

清潔で良かった 連泊もおすすめです。

地下鉄駅が歩いて5分。24時間営業のマックスバリュまで3分。大変便利でした。住んでいるように過ごせる快適さとホテルの綺麗さ両方が備わっています。また長期滞在したいと思いました。

The location of Villa Koshido Kotoni annex is really good. Close to subway station, bus station and within walking distance of JR Kotoni station. There is an 24hour supermarket close to it. We liked that the toilet and the shower are not in the same room.

Its a room for 5 people but there was for example only three spoons in the kitchen. They provide a rice cooker but no rice bowls. We think that if the place is eccuipped with a kitchen then they should also supply at least oil, salt and pepper.
