VILLA KOSHIDO KOTONI annex

無人でちょっとびっくりしますが、インターフォン対応があり問題ありませんでした。 風呂、トイレ、ベッド、流しなどは清潔。一部は使いませんでしたが、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、ガスレンジ、ヒーター、3人分の食器、液晶テレビなどあり、複数人での長期滞在も出来そう。ベッドは広いです。そして夜静かです。

This was the second time for us staying. Same type of room as last time. Kind of spacious room with a lot of convenient amenities like kitchen (basic), laundry possibilities etc. This is great for longer term stays with family and that was why we picked it this time as well. It is a bit outside the city center but the subway connection to Odori is quick so I do not feel that is such a problem. There are a lot of good restaurants in the area (especially to the JR station) so we never felt lacking. Good shopping possibilities for smaller items as well, but not as good as downtown Sapporo. Kotoni is a place where you stay for the night, not to tourist.

2人で予約しましたが、現地の旧友が合流し、2人追加で宿泊しました。追加料金はありましたが、快く受けて下さいました。アメニティやタオルも充実していて気持ちよく過ごせました。リビングに3人掛けのソファがありましたが、その他に椅子か床に座る用の座布団があったら良かったです。

リピートしたいくらい良かったです。

部屋が非常に清潔で良かったです。

長期滞在で清掃にも入っていただき大変良かったです。 フローリングなので汚れが目立ちやすく掃除機があれば尚良かったと思います。

One cup still had coffee stains, but the rest of the room was very clean.

I was aware that parking was unavailable, so I sent a message to ask for recommendations for coin parking nearby. The reply was that a map would be provided at the reception. Upon arriving at the unmanned reception, I couldn't find the map, so I had to call the phone number provided, only to have the staff inform me that only maps are provided for the main hotel, not the annex. The staff then asked me to find coin parking on my own. If they were unable to recommend parking, I would have appreciated it if they were upfront about it, instead of wasting my time going to the reception to search for an inexistent map, and then call the unhelpful staff. It was rather frustrating.
