The check in process was too complicated.

The primary door/gate in the lobby didn’t open with the given code when we tried to enter late at night. Very stressful. Luckily a woman who lived in the building showed us that it was broken and opened it herself by forcing it open.

"It was a very good stay and we liked staying there. It was close to the trams which was great."

Fantastic location and a great size apartment.

The check in ipad did not work, luckily we had pocket wifi or we would not have been able to check in.
