The location was great, very easy to get to sites of interest

The appartment looked tired and like it needed some repair. For example the main air conditioner was very loud and was held together with tape.

Easy check-in, spacious apartment, good amenities.

Not as modern/clean as the photos.

Hard to find . Needs better signage .

Location was good. There is a washing machine. Private pay parking directly underneath the building.

The property was definitely not matching the photos. There was a very unusual smell. The apartment is very dated. The digital checkin was overcomplicated.

Very spacious and fairly priced. Easy check in and good location. There is a projector in the room with apple airplay so it was perfect to wind down with a film at the end of the night.

Good location and room's equipment, excelent cost-quality ratio

We arrived earlier than the check in hour, there was not a place to leave the luggage, the instructions indicated to leave the luggage outside rhe room but we could not enter beyond the lobby, besides it was rainning and windy so the luggage was going to get wet. There were no umbrellas to use in this weather.

Spacious for the price. Washer with detergent provided. Big kitchen (by Japanese apartment standards) to cook in.

It was a little dusty. The 2 rooms adjacent to the living room and kitchen have frosted glass windows as walls so if the light is on in the living room and kitchen, it will shine through the "walls". Because of this, there is lack of privacy in those 2 rooms.

Comfortable with everything we needed close to everything.
