"Right by the mountain! Close to Newlands Forest"

Everything! Great location, super close to Newlands forest. Accommodation facilities are fantastic and the view of the mountain is beautiful. The bath was awesome, nice and big

"Excellent location, safe neighbourhood with Mountain Views!"

The location is really good to drive to nearby places of interest. Forresters Arms is a 5 minute walk away - a well know pub in Newlands which does really good steaks and beer. The guest house is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. The suite is very large and excellent value for money with breakfast included. It is nice to sit out and enjoy the views of the mountain especially in the morning. Thank you for hosting us for a second time Kelvin.

"Very enjoyable stay with perfectly located unit."

The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The unit was perfectly situated for Two Oceans marathon. Breakfast was delicious and the unit very comfortable.

That we did not have an en-suite bathroom.
