Spacious, clean and great location

Fully equipped, quiet, safe area. Close to city centre and the sea, local shops (groceries & souvenirs), close to public transport. Was a perfect 4 days stay.

Comfortable beds, nice big bed upstairs. Bedding and towels felt very fresh. Location was in a nice area, close to tram 28 stop, nice streets with cafes, shops and groceries close by.

The bathrooms were not very clean. There was brown water and chunks of poo in the toilet brush holders. Also colourful splatters around the walls near the toilets. When it rained there was an extremely loud drip (sounded like a drum) outside the upstairs windows. This woke us up several times both nights. We could not get the washing machine to work, but I didn’t bother to contact the manager for help. There was a large amount of condensation above the air conditioner in the single bed bedroom. This dropped into the beds sometimes.

Small apt but enough space for 6 people

When we booked the apt was supposed to come with washer but we were informed the washer not working and we have to go to their office to do our laundry which is 500 m away up and downhill. The heater in the main bathroom is not working. Be careful for tall people as the upstairs bathroom ceiling is very low. The online payment system was not working and we have to end up paying in cash.

Enough space for a small group; far enough from the hustle and bustle of the main road but close enough to reach places on foot; owner is responsive and helpful; air conditioner works
