Everything was so great. Clean and comfy and close to civic. and there's Westfiled shoping center near the hotel just about 10min by walk. I wanna stay next time again too. Recommend the cafe in the hotel. Coffee was so nice.

You need to change elevators on the Ground Floor to access the underground car park. Unfortunately, I accidentally got off at a different floor because another guest had selected it, instead of the parking level where my car was parked. A few moments later, I realized I was on the wrong level and tried to take the elevator back. However, my hotel room key would not activate the elevator. It seemed that access was restricted to residents or authorized guests only. I was unable to use any of the elevators on that floor. For a moment, I felt quite stuck and worried. Thankfully, an emergency stairwell door was open, and I was able to use it to return to the Ground Floor. Since I was with my young child, it was a little frightening and stressful at the time. Just a word of caution: be careful when using the parking garage elevators and make sure you get off at the correct parking level.

Location. My husband and I have stayed at this hotel for many years because of the location.

Bedbugs!!! Evidence provided to the hotel including photo of many bites and photo of traces of bedbug poop on the sheets. Very poor response from woman at reception - as if I have any reason to make this up??!! Bathroom hooks and towel bars coming off the wall and door. Water turns scalding or icy cold in the middle of a shower. Uncomfortable bed.

Excellent value for money in the two bedroom apartment
