Casa Franco e Ilva

This is a superb option for staying in Arco! The apartment was super comfortable for the four of us, it is spacious and very well equipped (there’s even a knife sharpener in the kitchen!). The location is unbeatable: away from the noisy downtown, but close enough for a stroll there. There’s a free parking lot just across the street, in case you have more than one car.

The WiFi was *very* spotty and unreliable - this is the biggest downside of this property. Another thing, we got just one set of keys, which created some logistical challenges for our group, so think ahead whether you need to request a second set of keys.

- Location - Good bed in the sleeping room

- no container for mixed garbage - mold in the bathroom - in general not very clean (at least clean bed sheets and towels) - very uncomfortable studio couch (2 of us had to sleep on it) - only one key for 4 people - next to a busy loud street (sleeping with open windows was impossible) - not recommended for tall people (low mansard) - vacuum cleaner would be helpful… - missing kitchen towels

No air conditioning - only one fan (luckily it wasn't hot during our stay). No container for non-recycled (mixed) garbage outside the building.
