Nach dem ersten Frühstück wollten wir unsere Wünsche anpassen, die 120 % ig erfüllt wurden. Es stand eine sehr große Küche vorhanden mit Balkon.

Hotdoc waren poppig.

The owner was very nice and friendly.

The wi-fi was not suitable, I had to leave my door open to get a good connection.

Acomodações, receptividade da Jamile e ambiente parecido com um casa. Além disso, a localização em Sumerset West é muito boa. Os quartos são amplos com boas amenidades como: TV Stream, Internet, etc...

A única coisa que pontuaria que poderia ser melhor é o café da manhã com mais opções de proteína. O café que foi oferecido foi bom e farto, mas senti falta de mais proteína.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Situated very close to Parel Vallei High School.

We received a warm welcome from the host, Mila! The room was lovely with a spacious bathroom. It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and prepared with love! We really enjoyed our stay here! Highly recommended!

The area was great

It was never communicated upfront that we will not be having room service on Saturday due to the owners' religious beliefs. I was only made aware of this only on Thursday when we arrived. So we had to stay in a room and kitchen that was not cleaned with dirty dishes. There was no upfront communication about breakfast. We were offered cereal, cold meat, bread, 2 raw tomatoes, fruit, and yogurt. Worse on Sunday morning, we did not get anything for breakfast with no communication from the owner at all. The booking included breakfast, and it was my understanding that breakfast means that we will get a proper breakfast, not a sandwich that we must still make ourselves This did not sit well with me, and I do not believe that as a guest, that is the service that I should have received.
