Major problem getting lock box details. eventually sorted. otherwise OK. no onsite staff

Wasn't as comfortable as advertised.

It was close to the event we were attending. It is well set up with thoughtful extras like a laundry basket. It is also across the road from a grocery store and takeaway food shops and a pharmacy. The rooms have lock boxes for the keys so you can let yourself in. The communication with the hosts was clear and easy.

No air con. Very hot in room. Noisy fan all night didn't help get a good sleep. There's not much heating for winter either. Aircon/heat pump would fix that. Poor TV channel selection. Should get commercial Sky connection. Access to the jug and toaster were a bit silly. Put a folding door in. Take one shelf out and put more space between shelves. Access to the other wardrobe was also hammered by having the additional single bed. Get rid of that and make the main bed a Queen or King bed. The tree in the parking area needs cutting back or removing.

I liked the location and how close it was to food locations .Also a friendly environment.

I would have liked to have aircon as it was very hot even with a fan supplied

Location, comfort, clean.

The trees outside made access to our room challenging!

There was nowhere to do the dishes staff do them. Not sure I liked that idea.
