La habitación muy linda y acogedora, con una vista espectacular. La hospitalidad de sus dueños, pendientes de que nuestra estadía sea excelente, nos dieron un tour detallado y cálido, y se preocuparon por conseguir el vuelo en globo. Estamos muy agradecidos, no los olvidaremos!

部屋とても綺麗で朝食も美味しかったです。もちろん朝の気球の眺めも最高でした。夜行バスが早くついてしまい、夜中の2時頃にホテルに着いたのですが、快く対応してくださりました。空港送迎も充実しています。朝から眠そうにしていたらホテルの人みんな元気に話しかけてくれます。めっちゃフレンドリーです。

"GREAT AND COMFORTABLE SYAY"

The staff were all very helpful, especially the owners Mustafa and Ramazan, who arranged our hot air balloon/red and green tours for us and our airport transfers.

The terrace breakfast area does not have a covered walkway from the main building. It would be great if umbrellas can be provided for rainy days.

"A1 Hospitality in a Stunning Cave Hotel"

The experience was truly A1! Mustafa welcomed us warmly, and Ramasan gave us a private tour that made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. We booked the balcony room for the balloon views in the morning, and it did not disappoint. The hotel is a real cave, and they’ve done an incredible job keeping its authenticity, you’re truly living the cave life! Customer service here is unmatched, and overall, it was an amazing stay. All stars from us!
